Developing Wise Friendships in Recovery Dharma
The Wise Friendship Circle has been working together over the past few months to investigate a Buddhist model for peer support in recovery.
We’re sharing the draft of “Developing Wise Friendships in Recovery Dharma” for the community to review, discuss, and collaborate on. It is intended as a living document: an effort to provide fertile soil for ideas to be shared between individuals seeking ways to alleviate their own suffering.
We invite all those interested to join us in crafting a more non-hierarchical approach to mutual-learning, peer relationships within one’s sangha. A Zoom call will be happening on Wednesday, January 8, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific/8:00 p.m. Eastern.
