Our group is open to all forms of addictions/process addictions. A space where we can be our complete selves; people living in recovery. Our meeting format will include meditation; sometimes guided but mostly silent vipassana/insight meditation is utilized. Followed by brief discussion on topic of choice from RD book or Kevin Griffins work: One Breath at a time or A Burning Desire- Dharma God & The Path of Recovery. // We hope to harbor a safe space for all.
