Inquiry Study meetings offer support to those completing the inquiries
We begin the meeting with a few guided breaths to ground us and bring us into the present space followed by 10-15min of open discussion on the section of the book reading we set as homework from the previous meeting.
This is followed by 25-30min of quiet time to sit and write, either on the reading or the corresponding inquiry questions, or anything else one chooses to write on. We close out with a 15min open discussion on what we wrote or the thoughts, feelings or emotions that may have arisen during our writing.
We an are open meeting to any who thinks this Sanga might be helpful in their journey along the path.
